Mechanical Engineer

Talentry is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and fabricate mechanical and electromechanical test stands, tools, and fixtures to test parts for a complex electromechanical diagnostic device. This engineer will construct parts with 3D Printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, or external vendor fabrication as appropriate.
This engineer must have experience with standard lab tools, such as O-Scopes, multimeter, soldering equipment, function generators, etc.
He or she will ensure the compatibility of subsystems, and fabricate drawings, wiring schematics, instrumentation lists, and other plans and documents.
This engineer will characterize the appropriate instrumentation and microfluidics for these POC diagnostic devices.
Requirements
BSME, Biomedical Engineering, BSEE, or similar engineering degree
2-5 years of experience.
2 years of experience testing components.
Soldering, testing tools, and CAD software experience required.
FDA guideline experience required (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, etc.)
Excellent communication and documentation experience.
